Our survey instruments are customized for each participating college. Although instrument items remain the same, the header, introduction, contact information, and redirect page are each specific to your college. To enhance your edition of any survey, you may include your college logo in the header at no additional cost.

Participation fees for the 2018 Survey of Factors Affecting College Enrollment- Student Edition is November 30, 2017.
Only public two-year community and technical colleges are eligible to participate in surveys produced by Community College Partners.
Guidelines for College Systems and Districts
Community and technical college systems or districts may participate as such in the Survey. Systems or districts will receive a 10% discount on all survey participation fees; a minimum of three participating colleges is required. Please note that one college with multiple campus locations is considered a single entity rather than a system or district.
All surveys are administered online through SurveyMonkey. Participation by respondents is limited to one completion of the survey per computer IP address. Each college will designate an individual at the college to work with our team to identify potential participants. Emails are sent from the college to these individuals each week for six weeks inviting participation in the survey.
Data Feedback and White Paper
Each week Community College Partners will provide participating college leadership with raw data from responses-to-date.
Colleges may withdraw from participation in any survey within 10 days of the date of registration without penalty. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations on or after the 11th day after registration.
